1
Download your template
After payment you receive a download link by email. Save the ZIP file to your computer. It contains the website files, the database and an installer.
Do not unzip it on your computer; you will upload the ZIP as it is.
-
2
Upload it to your hosting
Log in to cPanel and open File Manager. Go into public_html (for your main domain) or a subfolder or subdomain folder. Click Upload, choose the ZIP, then right-click the uploaded ZIP and choose Extract.
Make sure the files end up directly in public_html (you should see index.php there), not inside an extra folder.
Delete the ZIP after extracting to save space.
-
3
Create a database
In cPanel open MySQL® Databases. Create a new database, then create a new user with a strong password. Finally, under "Add User to Database", add the user to the database and tick ALL PRIVILEGES.
Write down the full database name, username and password. cPanel adds your account prefix, e.g. myacc_hotel.
-
4
Run the installer
Open yoursite.com/install in your browser. The installer checks your server, asks for the database details from step 3, and lets you choose your admin email and password. Click Install and it does the rest.
Red items in the server check must be fixed first. Your host can enable missing PHP extensions.
-
5
Delete the install folder
When you see "Installation complete", go back to File Manager and delete the install folder. This stops anyone from running the installer again.
-
6
Log in and make it yours
Go to yoursite.com/admin and log in. Replace the logo, business name, contact details, photos and text with your own. Everything is managed from the admin panel; no code editing is needed.
Turn on SSL (cPanel → SSL/TLS Status → Run AutoSSL) so your site opens with https://.
Common questions
The page says "Database connection failed".
The database name, username or password is wrong, or the user was not added to the database. In cPanel → MySQL® Databases check that the user appears under the database with ALL PRIVILEGES, then run the installer again.
I see "Almost there! This website has not been set up yet".
The installer has not finished. Open yoursite.com/install and complete it.
I get a blank page or "500 Internal Server Error".
Usually the PHP version is too old. In cPanel → Select PHP Version (or MultiPHP Manager) choose PHP 8.1 or newer and reload.
Images will not upload in the admin panel.
The image folders need write permission. In File Manager, right-click the uploads and assets/images folders → Change Permissions → 755.
Contact or booking emails are not arriving.
Create an email address for your domain in cPanel → Email Accounts (e.g. info@yourdomain.com) and use it as the site email. Also check your spam folder.
Can I install it in a subfolder or on a subdomain?
Yes. Upload and extract the ZIP inside that folder instead of public_html, then open yoursite.com/foldername/install.
Can I move it to another host later?
Yes. Copy all the files, export the database in phpMyAdmin and import it on the new host, then update the database details in config/db.php.
